The ABCDE Method for Ruthless Prioritisation
Tracy's ABCDE method ranks tasks by consequence. An A must be done with serious consequences if not; a B should be done; a C is nice to do; a D can be delegated; an E can be eliminated.
The rule that makes it work: never do a B when an A is undone. With several A tasks, number them A-1, A-2 and always finish A-1 first.
Applied every morning, this single habit forces your hours onto what moves the needle instead of the busywork that merely feels urgent.
