Practise Creative Procrastination
Everyone procrastinates, Tracy says; the difference is what you procrastinate on. Since you can never get everything done, the skill is to consciously put off the tasks of low value so you have time for the few that matter most.
Creative procrastination is deliberate, not accidental. You review your list, identify the tasks with little consequence, and decide in advance to delay, delegate, or drop them.
This frees your best energy for your frogs. Saying a firm no to the trivial is what makes room for an emphatic yes to the important.
